Using Liftspoon

Liftspoon is a calm log of what you lifted. Text it to Liftspoon in your own words and it writes the note for you. Your log is a page it links you to, where you read it back and fix it.

By text

Text Liftspoon and say it in your own words. These are examples, not commands. Tap one to copy it.

Log a workout

Log today's workout: squat 5x5 at 185, RDL 3x10 at 135, then 20 minutes on the bike.

Send a photo of the board

Text a photo of the gym's whiteboard or a screenshot of a workout. If it can't tell what weights you used, it asks.

Get today's workout ready

Draft chest and triceps.

It sends a link to your last chest and triceps day, with its sets as you wrote them. Check them off as you go, with a rest timer between sets.

Ask how the week went

How did my training go this week? Anything I've been skipping?

Find a past lift

When did I last deadlift, and how heavy?

Add a comment

Add a note to Tuesday's run: my left knee was sore after the second mile.

On the page

Every workout you text lands here. You can also type one in.
